All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit. If this is not possible, the withdrawal will be made to a Malaysian bank account registered in your name. cikgu888 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing first-time withdrawals exceeding RM500 or any withdrawal deemed unusual.

• Legitimate game outcomes that do not favour the member — all gambling activities carry financial risk that is borne solely by the member.
• Inaccurate information provided by the member during registration or the withdrawal process.
• Losses arising from account security breaches due to the member's own negligence.
